08xx numbers are quick and easy to set-up and report on to effectively monitor your marketing campaigns, help build routing plans and enable calls to reach different destinations based on dates or time of day, to match available staffing levels.Types of 08 numbers available include:-

  • Freephone numbers increase responses; callers pay nothing to calls and the cost of the call is billed to your account at competitive rates, based on call volumes.
  • Lo-call numbers increase the number of callers from outside your local area; callers are charged at their local call rate and where the call is not local the call recipient is charged the balance
  • Premium numbers enable you to earn money when calls are received, ideal for a service desk; calls pay extra to call this number and the recipient receives part of the call cost back as rebate. This is often used as a mechanism to make competitions pay for themselves.
